Edmonton Hearing Clinic is operated by Medicine Place Hearing Care, part of Medicine Place. Our clinics are:

What you send us through the contact form
Our contact form asks for your name and phone number, and lets you add your email, the best time to call, the clinic you prefer, what you need help with and a short message. We use this only to get back to you and to book your visit. The form is delivered to our team by email through Web3Forms, a form delivery service.
Please keep health details short in the form. You can tell us more when we call you or at your appointment.
Online booking
The Book buttons on this site open our online booking system at myhearingportal.com, which is run by a separate company. What you enter there is handled under that booking system's own privacy terms.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics to see how people find and use this website, like which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked. This tells us what to improve. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add on to opt out of Google Analytics.
Maps and fonts
Our location pages show Google Maps so you can find us, and this site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When these load, your browser connects to Google, which receives information like your IP address.
Your clinic records
This policy covers this website only. The records from your hearing tests and visits are kept by your clinic team and are not stored on this website. Ask any of our clinics how your health information is kept and who can see it.
Seeing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the information you sent us through this website, or ask us to correct it. Email hearing@medicineplace.ca or call your clinic.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this website handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
